On the fourth or fifth steam up the whistle valve stuck wide open even though the lever and plunger were working and the plunger was returning to the closed position. Something inside broke also causing it to vent steam out from where the plunger goes into the body of the valve. Very disappointing as everything else I have purchased from PM research has been perfect!
